The Textbook of Life

Life could be daunting. Sometimes.

Somewhat like the final exams creeping around the corner.

There are wrong answers aplenty–and only a couple of right ones. There are countless decisions to make, sometimes without enough time to think things through. People depend on us to make the right choices, but sometimes we’re at a loss for what to do next. What to eat, where to go, what to do, how to approach this person, what to believe…

The list goes on.

And just like taking an exam, we feel underprepared and unsure of ourselves, fearing lest we fail in the things that count.

But life is an open-book exam.

We’ve been given the Textbook that holds all the answers, and we have direct access to the One Who is willing to help and guide us through all the steps and detours that are part of life.

So–go study that Book. Memorize it. Put God’s Word into your hearts. Life does not have to be so scary and unsurmountable when you have God and His Word by your side.

1 Peter 1:13(KJV) Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ;”

As always–God bless you all! 🙂
